Introduction

Staff has learned that the owner of the 66 acre parcel denoted by APN: 23 8-080-036 may be

interested in selling the property.

Recommendation

Staff recommends that Council declare, as a minute order, its intention to negotiate for the

purchase of this property and adjourn to a closed session at your meeting on August 10, 2009

for the purpose to give direction to the City Manager regarding terms and conditions.
